Executive Assistant


Job Description

  • Preparation, editing, and processing of business and administrative documentation (emails, reports, contracts, meeting minutes)
  • Overall organization and management of the office in the administrative building
  • Support for management and administrative assistance for the sales team
  • Organization and management of the director's calendar, scheduling meetings, negotiations, and conferences
  • Preparation and management of daily plans and tasks for the superior, including prioritization
  • Coordination and communication with internal and external partners, customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Planning business trips, including booking accommodation, transportation, and preparing itineraries
  • Handling various tasks and projects as required by company management
  • Organization and management of office supplies and equipment
  • Workplace: Praskačka 145

Requirements

  • Category B driving license
  • Time flexibility
  • Secondary/University education
  • Basic knowledge of English (at least A2/B1), German is an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Touch typing – taking meeting notes, writing invitations, letters, and other correspondence
  • Proficiency in PC work and office software (Word, Excel), additional software knowledge is an advantage
  • General organizational skills (building management, equipment, cleaning, organizing repairs, meetings, hospitality)
